Broker's Comments
This is a lovely example of a 54ft Stephen Goldsbrough boat, hull no.46. She has had a lot of money spent on her over the past 2 years and there is a 2020 survey on the boat.
In 2023 the hull was sandblasted and the topsides stripped back to bare metal and the boat was professionally painted and she was blacked. The paint work looks fantastic. Before she was painted, the owners had brand new steel doors fitted and a new duck hatch fitted with rain protector and pull down mosquito net. After the paint job they fitted all new wood into the doors.
The water tank which is located in the bow was also sand blasted and has been painted with a specialist epoxy resin coating that creates a tank within a tank. A new gas locker base was welded in and they then had a brand new cratch built and new fitted cover and also a new pram hood fitted.
There is a new water pump, new Webasto wet heater with headmaster digital controller, a new 4G WIFI system with aerial fitted to the roof, new flooring fitted throughout, new 1500W inverter and 3 brand new batteries.
As you enter through the rear companionway you arrive in the dinette/spare cabin. The dinette drops down to make a single and the opposite bench seat can also be used as a second single and there is a folding privacy door that then leads into the galley. There is good storage and a small 12v fridge, full size cooker (2021), new worktops have been fitted and there is a new sink and taps (2022).
The saloon is next with a nice bright decor. There is a new heating stove, TV, fitted WIFI router with roof mounted aerial and there are two small saloon tables clipped against the side that come off and can be used as a single pedestal table or they can be linked together. The corner suite is new in 2023 and is in two parts that pull apart. One part folds down to make a double bed.
Next is the bathroom with a small half bath with overhead shower, folding shower door, small vanity unit with a built in basin and a vac flush pump out toilet.
Finally you arrive in the double bedroom with privacy door, a brand new, unused memory foam mattress, two small single wardrobes with some shelf space and then out through the forward doors into the cratch.
The BSC runs until 03/10/2025.
