Broker's Comments
Boatshed Lancashire are delighted to offer for sale this lovely 65ft x 12ft 2014 Widebeam built by Burscough Boats. The boat is presently owned by a children's charity and has been very lightly used. The boat is not getting enough use so they are now selling it.
The large cockpit area has fitted seating around the stern with plenty of cockpit lockers, gas locker, outside socket and has fitted steel side doors. She has wheel steering and also an emergency tiller if needed. Bowthruster controls, horn, tunnel light and bilge pump are all controlled at the helm position.
Moving down into the boat you pass the electrics cupboard on your right with inverter, solar controllers etc and some decent storage. You then arrive in a massive open plan area with a large, very smart, brand new kitchen (late 2022) that looks like it's been hardly used. There is lots of clever storage, new fridge, new freezer, new cooker, new combi microwave oven and a large breakfast bar with 4 stools situated next to the duck hatch.
The saloon is very large and has a TV, radiator, large corner settee and a solid fuel stove surrounded by built in storage units. The central skylight gives lots of light and the whole boat is tastefully decorated throughout. There are USB/240v sockets around the boat.
Down the corridor is the second double cabin with a fitted double bed with under bed storage, radiator and some free standing extra storage.
Next you come to a large storage cupboard which houses a washing machine and a separate dryer. Next there is the large bathroom with a modern full size shower, composting toilet, heated towel rail and a basin built in to the large vanity units with plenty of storage.
Finally you arrive in the master cabin with a large central bed with under bed storage and also hiding the fresh water tank. On the right hand side there is a triple wardrobe and also another large single wardrobe. To the left is a fitted dressor with drawers and there are 2 large single wardrobes either side of the escape hatch that leads out onto the foredeck. Both mattresses are new!
The boat was blacked and re-painted in the summer of 2022!
