Broker's Comments
This 26.5m Dutch Barge Luxemotor is now for sale and is a superbly presented floating home. Unlike a lot of barges, there is lots of light and importantly, lots of headroom throughout.
Laid out with three cabins and two bathrooms, the new owners will love the amount of space on offer with the opportunity to put their own stamp on it, if they wish. The current owners have recently refurbished the saloon and galley and it feels modern and bright in both these spaces.
Externally, it was repainted in 2018 and the entire hull was re-steeled in 2013. There is a survey report from 2013 available to view.
The barge is currently moored at Port Medway Marina, Cuxton and the mooring could be transferred to the new owner upon application.
