Situated in a dyke just off the main river, this 2 bedroom houseboat has a good sized and well equipped galley kitchen along with a lounge area with patio doors and windows with views of the river. It also has a good sized bathroom with full size walk in shower and handbasin.
There is hot water throughout and is supplied with mains electricity for heating.
Ideal holiday retreat on the southern Norfolk Broads.
All furniture etc as seen in photos is included.
There is also a small dinghy and motor and batteries included in the sale.
