Commentaires du Broker
Wow!
This vessel offers great views, open plan living accommodation and all of the plus sides of life afloat - she's even close to the main local shops, bars and restaurants, yet is well insulated from the hubub and the weather - hello to peaceful time on the water!
With two lovely verandahs, both directly looking over the water and lots of huge windows, one feels really connected with the water and lovely feeling that this vessel brings.
Inside, we have lovely, bright and roomy lounge areas, with windows to multiple aspects and huge french windows, so bringing the outside in is a simple pleasure on this boat!
A great galley enables easy cooking, with the usual conveniences that you'd expect at home - including a washing machine and dishwasher.
For sleeping, two good size bedrooms are provided, both with large windows - the master also has its own entrance to one of the verandahs, with steps to the roof top terrace - I can easily visualise tea and toast up there in the morning!
It's also easy to see what a great space this terrace offers and one could create a lovely green space, or shaded area in the sunshine - there is also ample room for solar panels and an off-grid kit is a possibility.
She resides in a lovely, sheltered spot, close to FREE car parking that comes with her berthing licence - so rare in Brighton!
All in all, she represents a brilliant opportunity for life afloat, with mod cons and lots of lovely, light, well ventilated areas, really close to the very best that Brighton and the marina have to offer - the local Asda, bars and restaurants and regular buses, or a walk into the city centre are all close by - the best all all worlds, we think!
