Broker's Comments

Live aboard Dutch barge for sale in France. Boatshed Paris is happy to offer this look alike Luxemotor for sale in the Champagne area closed to Paris.

With an up to date TRIVW certificate valid until 18/7/2029, this live aboard barge with great potential and classic interior. Unusual layout with different levels and pleasant open spaces could be reorganised and modernised.

Low airdraft of 3.50m with the possibility to lower it down to 2.50m by removing the wheelhouse roof, this barge will go everywhere on the inland waterways.

Currently moored in a quiet town of Champagne, about 1h20min from Paris by motorway or 1H by train, she is in the middle of a very touristic region and the mooring could be transferrable under request to the VNF (price is 92 euros per month) if requested.

Ideally family live aboard boat or may suit to a B&B project.
