Broker's Comments
This 60ft wide beam has a great layout which maximises the space making her feel bigger than similar sized boats.
The large galley is well equipped with lots of storage space, plus has a good sized dinette.
Moving forward, the recently refurbished bathroom is on the port side, followed by the main cabin. Sliding doors can be used to separate the cabin, but keeping them open (as the current couple do) creates a more open area.
The main saloon is large and bright, opening out on to the well deck that is fitted with cratch cover.
The engine has been regularly serviced and maintained professionally.
The boat was last out of the water in March 2021 for blacking and new anodes.
The boat is currently on a CRT mooring. The mooring is not transferable, and new owners would need to bid separately through the CRT website to secure the mooring or find an alternative location.
