A modified Waverunner 55 lengthened but with reduced beam and air draught to allow passage through European canals. We are told that all modifications (including the addition of four watertight compartments were approved by the designer and the vessel was built under the supervision of a marine surveyor whos survey report is available. Construction was started in 1997 and the vessel was launched in 2008. The last visit by the construction surveyor was in 2009 after sea trials had been completed. The engine installation was carried out by the Cummins agent and the surveyor commented that the vessel was better than many professional builds. Last survey carried out on the vessel was on 9/9/21 and again the report is available. Our vendor, the second owner has spent +/- 130k € on an interior refit to his liking but an unexpected change in circumstances means he can no longer pursue his retirement cruising plans.

Outside starting at the stern you have a very generous swim platform with two storage lockers and a deck shower (hot and cold water). Up steps to the well protected aft deck that is almost 4.5m long by 3.7m wide with loungers and table seating for enjoying outside dining or lounging. Up again to the flybridge with a central helm affording excellent visibility for the skipper. The deck is covered with a dark imitation grass covering on both the aft deck and flybridge. The rest of the deck is covered in synthetic teak. The foredeck is wide and uncluttered making it ideal for lock work and berthing. On the coach roof a double mattress for sun lounging. Descending from the aft deck we arrive in the lower saloon. A bright and spacious saloon that is open plan onto the raised saloon which doubles as a dining area and inside helm. The theme here is bright and tasteful with 2m headroom and plenty of natural light. Forward again and down four steps to the galley which is massive and split across the full width of the vessel. Cupboards and work surfaces everywhere, full electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer the only thing you won’t find is gas! This is a gas free boat. Aft of the galley to port is a tastefully decorated bathroom (with bath) and electric heads, heated towel rail and plenty of elbow room. To starboard aft of the gally under the raised saloon in the first guest cabin with two single beds 2m x 1m and still 2m headroom. Forward of the galley is a V berth cabin. Aft of the lower saloon is the master cabin with a center bed 2m x 1.6m a couch, wardrobes and ensuite heads comprising shower, electric WC and washbasin. Two marine AC units by Marine Air Systems heat and cool the interior. Hot water from an 80 liter tank heated by an engine or 220v electricity plus an instant electric hot water heater as back up. All in all a very stylish and interesting motor yacht for a family to cruise and entertain in style.

Broker's Comments
Motor yacht for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is pleased to offer this unique TSDY based on the Bruce Roberts designs Waverunner 55 and modified to be able to access Europes canals. Built under YDSA surveyor supervision over ten years this is a real credit to the skill and patience of her first owner builder.
Spacious river cruising and ideal for Mediterranean exploring with multiple outdoor spaces and a huge swim platform. Inside I was particularly impressed with the galley, the raised deck saloon and the really spacious owners suit aft.
Our vendor has just completed a fairly comprehensive refit but is unable to pursue his cruising plans. Overall the boat looks very impressive but if you want to keep the top notch mega yacht look, you may well want to invest in a repaint and a new real teak deck.
