Broker's Comments
This is an ex trawler where the owner has had a vision for it to be refurbished into a luxury, long haul cruiser. I have found examples of converted Kramer & Booy builds and they have ended up as incredible modern cruisers.
The current owner has been fixing her up slowly over time. The engine is now separated into its own engine room giving a small office/crew quarter and a large master suite with a ‘walk in wardrobe’, all on the bottom floor.
The saloon area is huge with plenty of windows giving a great atmosphere as well as great views! The galley is also incredibly big with plenty of space for amenities and even a good-size dining table. The main heads has largely been tiled and could act as an en-suite to a decent sized cabin however, no plumbing is in place yet.
This is a seriously special project that is perfect for someone with a keen eye to turn a once hard-working fishing boat into a modern, floating mansion - that can go anywhere!
