Broker's Comments
If only all boats were kept as well as this beautiful Broom 37 seemingly is!
Everywhere I looked, all I could see and feel was quality, care, love, cleanliness and attention to detail!
Her exterior is bold, bright and shiny, with a fantastic aft deck, underneath a really huge cockpit tent. Her flybridge area commands a really excellent steering position and is very, very well equipped.
Down below, one's first impression is: space! And lots of it! Her cavernous saloon offers comfort, views and relaxation - even more so in her amazing aft cabin, with full island berth, its own separate en suite shower room and electric toilet compartment - all spotless too!
Of course, you can helm the boat from down here too - another comprehensively well equipped steering position - and don't forget those two favourites - the twin 225hp Sabres, located underneath the saloon floor.
Moving forward, we have a dining area that converts into a double, if your family or friends fancy staying with you, opposite a "proper" galley, with four burner stove, an oven and plenty of room for two to operate at once.
Her forward cabin is large, well appointed and enjoys Jack and Jill access to the large - and exceptionally clean - day head, so the best of both worlds!
All in all, this is probably one of the best looked after used boats of her age that I've seen and you can probably tell that I really rate her very highly!
With her folding radar arch, I can easily see her back on the UK river system, or even better - wending her way through the French canals towards the Mediterranean.
BSS compliant until November 2024.
