From the spacious fully enclosed aft deck (headroom 1.72m) we can move easily forward via well protected side decks or descend into the welcoming saloon with its warm wood finishings more than 2 meters of headroom and deep windows to give a feeling of comfort, space and light. To port is the inside helm and to starboard classic U shaped saloon seating. This is the unusual open plan forward dinette version which adds to the feeling of space and provides for a spacious dining table and seating forward. The galley boasts two fridges and plenty of worktop space as well as a microwave and two burner gas hob. I particularly like the parquet wooden floor in this area and again there is over 2m headroom. The table drops down to form a huge double berth (2m x 2.3m) for occasional guests. A day heads to port with 1.96m headroom complete with shower makes this a comfortable and convenient occasional cabin area. Aft of the main saloon is the master cabin with a double bed of 1.9 x 1.65 max reducing to 1m at the foot. 1.9m headroom. An ensuite heads and shower headroom 1.88m and 1.81m respectively. Central heating by blown air and hot water from the engine and a 220v immersion heater tank.

2 burner propane Stove

Broker's Comments

Dutch steel cruiser for sale in France. Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to offer this nicely presented Linssen 37 SE for sale.

Linssen needs no introduction and this is a nice example of the very practical open plan version of the 37 SE and a full aft deck cover makes for a whole extra outside living space for at least three seasons of the year.

The engine and bilges are as clean as the galley and this is evidently a well looked after vessel only for sale due to sad circumstances (estate sale).
