Boatshed Southampton are pleased to offer for sale the 1996 Watercraft Freefall Lifeboat which has been converted into a houseboat / Air BnB business.

The interior has been tastefully converted housing a double bed, saloon area, galley and shower/toilet room.

This would make a great bolt hole for a single or couple or could be used for an Air BnB business which is what the present owner has done.
