Broker's Comments

A capable motor sailer which can keep you safe and dry in the most adverse types of weather. She can be helmed from the pilot house or cockpit on sunnier days and has a good amount of deck space. She is an easy boat to sail with a furling head sail and inmast furling. She had a new engine fitted in 2006 and has only done 50 hours. The accommodation has a forward cabin with 2 single berths, which can be converted to a double and a heads to starboard. The main saloon has ample seating around the cabin table with a settee berth opposite. The galley is to port with a heads opposite. The pilot house has the helmsmans position to port with seating opposite.
The stern cabin has a double berth with an ensuite heads including a shower.
The boat requires a reasonable amount of refurbishment to restore her but with this in mind she is priced accordingly.
