Broker's Comments
Good solid boat in need of a good clean. Priced to sell everything is complete and it wouldn't take a lot to have her looking at her best.
The sails look to be in good order along with the stainless rigging.
The Westerly 25 hails from an era when yachts were designed and built by seamen - before the marketing men and interior designers took over! A little basic by modern standards, or to put it another way, a sensible and very seaworthy, capable cruising yacht. With an outboard auxiliary in a cleverly designed well that doesn't detract from sailing performance.
2 good size quarter berths extend under cockpit sole giving a length of 6ft 6ins.
A double or 2 singles in the forepeak give an additional 2 berths.
