Broker's Comments

This tidy Dutch Steel Cruiser comes with a transferable mooring in Chelsea Harbour.

The boat has been very well cared for, with extensive refurbishment and improvements made by the current owner. This includes an epoxy paint coating on the hull, heating system to all areas of the boat, new hot water tank fitted and many other items, giving the future owner great peace of mind.

The large aft cabin has a full-sized, fitted, double bed. There is lots of storage in the fully-fitted drawers and lockers. The main saloon has comfortable bench seating in the light and airy wheelhouse. Moving forward, the main galley and heads make the boat suitable for a pied-a-terre. There is further seating in forepeak, which can also be used a bunks.

The current mooring fees are £11,952.00 per year inc VAT. There is a transfer fee of £3,500+VAT which will be negotiated between the buyer and seller as part of the offer price.

The vessel has a current BSC and Gas Safety Certificate, although not strictly required at the boat's current location.

A recent survey, documenting all the recent work and upgrades can be made available to buyers with genuine interest.

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
