Broker's Comments
Not very often do these lovely cruiser/racer yachts come on the market. This fractional rigged yacht appears to have been very well looked after both on deck and down below.
This is the fin keeled version which gives excellent sailing characteristics and can be used for club racing or family cruising.
The lines run back to the cockpit, the engine looks to be in good order and everything that you need is included.
The boat was hauled out recently and a number of blisters were noted on the underside.
Therefore, the owner has advised us that the asking price has been reduced to take account of the blistering and it is not open to any offers, it's 'take it or leave it'!
