Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this very well maintained 54ft Narrowboat with Limehouse residential mooring.

A perfect liveaboard for an individual or couple that you can move straight onto, this boat is located in London's most desirable residential marina which has a strong community spirit and excellent facilities and connections.

Built in 1994 by well regarded TT Marina and regularly upgraded, the boat has a traditional layout entering at the stern into the cabin that has good storage and a double bed. The bathroom has a chemical heads and shower. The galley and living area is a good size with multi-fuel stove, and nice views out across the western corner of the basin.

The residential mooring at Limehouse Basin is fully transferable with a 5% transfer fee and current mooring fees are £10,373 per annum if paid upfront. The marina has laundry, fibre broadband and the DLR station is 5 mins walk.
