Broker's Comments

Don't judge a book by its cover. This unassuming exterior hides a most wonderful boat.

The current owner has taken a former working boat and created a treasure trove of features within the interior. Old wood formally part of the flooring has been remoulded to make a stunning Saloon table. Shelves in the slaoon and main cabin match the same polished yew wood.

The boatman's cabin has all the feel of original with a fold-down cross double berth and a wood burning stove that will also warm the helm on a cold day.

The bathroom is just that; with a large sunken bath with rainfall shower head over and designer basin. There is also an electric toilet and washer/dryer.

For the traditionalists, there is a Gardiner 4LK direct-cooled engine midships that runs like a dream.

This is a narrowboat unlike so many others. The style and quirks will enchant.

She is located in the popular Aspley Marina, Hemel Hempstead and may be available with a berth subject to availability and a 5% (of the sale price) transfer fee.
